  • 50-gram Green Grapes
  • ½ Tablespoon Wheatgerm
  • 60 ml Soya Yoghurt
  • Ice Cubes

Method:

  • Peel the pear and roughly chop into chunks.
  • Seed the grapes if needed.
  • Push the chopped pear and green grapes through a juicer.
  • Pour this juice into a pitcher.
  • Add wheatgerm to the yoghurt and stir to mix thoroughly.

  • ½ Mango, Peeled, Chopped
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Large Orange
  • 1 Tablespoon Wheat Bran
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 10 ml Honey (Optional)

Method:

  • Peel the banana and add in a blender with mango.
  • Squeeze orange juice and add to the blender along with the wheat bran, sesame and honey.

  • 100-gram Mixed Summer Fruits, Partially Thawed
  • ¼ Cup Soya Yoghurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 Cup Oat Milk

Method:

  • Put the summer fruits in a blender with the soya yoghurt to make a thick puree.
  • Add the vanilla syrup and oat milk and blend again for a thick, smooth consistency.
  • Whizz until you get a creamy, smooth mixture.
  • Transfer to a tall glass and serve chilled!

Rosemary Nectar

Ingredients:

  • 3 To 4 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden Caster
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Nectarines
  • Ice Cubes

Method:

  • Peel the banana and add in a blender with mango.
  • Squeeze orange juice and add to the blender along with the wheat bran, sesame and honey.
